For years Andrea has wanted to express herself artistically.  She's tried drawing, painting, crafting... but nothing seemed to be the right endeavor. Recently she started her business Lochthyme Antiques selling antiques & collectibles.  Soon she switched to selling vintage & collectible costume jewelry. That led to her fascination with the design & creation of costume jewelry. 

After looking at many great pieces of costume  jewelry she decided to try her hand at creating jewelry herself. She  just recently started doing collage and beaded jewelry and after 33 years she feels she has finally found her calling. She enjoys the challenge of  taking broken jewelry, findings, stones & whatever inspires her and creating an original jewelry design. Inspiration is to be found everywhere... from a piece of broken jewelry, a dazzling artglass stone, an  unusual finding or out in nature. She has sold her jewelry on eBay and recently set up a small website showcasing her designs.
